Reduced drops while farming...

I am level 39 and working on making my Dr Saiphon R. I am currently maxing my my second UC++. Over the last few days, my drop rate of UCs and Cs on all the lighting levels has gone from around 3-5 a fight to 0-2. 

Anyone else experiencing this? Any ways to increase the drop rate?

Level 61 here, dunno if you are talking specifically about Hyperion city, but i started farming Resort Town and drops there are pretty moddest. Have been getting like 3-8 fighters per run (obv sometimes 0, but thats really rare). Havent noticed any drop in rates recently. I believe i was maxing Saiphon at around level 39 and there werent any obvious drops either as far as i can remember.

Dont know whats happening for you guys, but my drop rates seem to be pretty much the same they were on lvl 30/40.

We are talking about droprate on low level areas, at least I am. I have noticed that the drops on higher level areas are decent.

I grinded Bamboo Forest at level 35-40'ish (it is maybe 2-3 weeks ago), when suddenly droprate change for the worse. Went from maybe 3 fighters on average to below two. Often getting 0. As I said, at first I believed that something had been altered in the game, but seeing this post and an other on a related subject I realized that its likely conected to me leveling rather then GREE changing the game.

I've been playing since launch and I haven't experienced this problem.  Sounds like white mage syndrom to me; by later in the game you need way more fighters and have more coins to use so it just feels that way and is far more noticable.

I've been gathering data for the past couple weeks or so and haven't seen any change at all in farming trends. For every stage that I've repeated at least 100 times (City Proper 5, Sewers 4, Hyperion Tower 2, Deep Caverns 2, Earth Temple 1, Fire Temple 1), I'm averaging 1.92-2.22 units per rep.

UC's provide more XP when used in training, so for the purposes of this calculation, I've assigned them a value of 1.4 units compared to 1.0 for C's. This is based on the fact that 8 UC's into one UC gets the fighter up to ~lvl 12.3, while 8 C's into a UC levels to ~8.9.

Actually, I think UCs give twice the amount of XPs (then Commons), just like in Knights and Dragons. On that note, leveling with "right" element should give a bonus of 20%, assuming that its the same as in Knights and Dragons.

Going to check this up during the day.

you're probably right about UCs vs Commons actually.  I overlooked the fact that the relationship between XP and levels in training is exponential, not linear.  2x seems about right.

Dr S, rare, lvl 30: hp 952 atk 955 def 964 spd 919

My drop rate improved drastically about a week after my intital post starting this thread.
