Hey guys im just wondering if there is a way to secure my account to an email or anything. In case I delete the app, how do I reclaim my account?

Hi! Accounts are automatically binded to your phone, so if you accidentally delete the game it should be there when you reinstall.

exactly, even after a full system wipe/upgrade, instal the game and it recognizes your device and you will be back in ur account.

If I'm not mistaken, you can also link it to your/a Gree account, in case you change your device/number.

If nothing else, write down your own player ID number/code, along with your account/player name and if worse comes to worse, you can contact Gree via email with your info and request an account restore on your new number/device should it be nessasary.

Hi, I'm going to upgrade the android on my cellphone today and will let you know the outcome.

Yes, the test is finished. Conclusion is indeed that account is secured on your device.

I've upgraded to another android version and my accountdata were intact.

Before succeeding in upgrading I've even bricked my device. But luckily it was just a softbrick.

But after that my account data was still present.

I had to restore my iPhone 4S to factory default. I have downloaded the app from icloud and reinstalled. It doesn't recognize I ever had an account; it's putting me through the tutorials...How do I get my stuff back?!?!

GREE finally decided to alienate the rest of their users.

The best of all is after almost 10 months you can still not reset your account, how hard can it be?!

Just sayin, they couldn`t even do something that simple in all this time, and seriously this game is/was great but it could not have been that hard to make, one person could make that game. Its just a matter of having the engine in place and then add new skins(characters) to it with 4 little animations. The lack of staff is not an excuse for such a small game. This is why I dont trust GREE, what stops them from closing down another game tomorrow.
